One of the most iconic lamps of all time, the Arco’s most distinguishing feature is its semi-circular telescopic arm, which can be swivelled and extended to produce an overhead lamp that avoids any ceiling wiring.
The striking modernist form draws inspiration from streetlamps, whilst the materials refer to the Castiglioni Brothers’ Italian heritage. The rectangular pedestal is made from Carrara marble, which the Romans used to decorate interiors and carve sculptures.
