Shipping Policy


We endeavour to process and dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days from the order being placed.

Orders are sent through our delivery partner Sendle, which means that all our deliveries are proudly 100% Carbon Neutral.

  • Major Cities – East Coast: 2 – 3 business days
  • Major Cities – Other: 2 - 5 business days
  • Regional: 5 - 7 business says

During busy periods, please allow extra time for processing and delivery of items.

Domestic Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $100. Shipping for orders under $100 is calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

We offer shipping on all international orders. Pricing is subject to the parcel’s weight and zone its travelling too. Please contact us at before making your purchase for a quote.

Please note, you may be responsible for import and/or customs duties on your order and will be responsible for paying these duties to release your order from customs upon arrival.

Tracking your Order

A confirmation email will be sent once the order has been dispatched, including a tracking number and courier provider. Please note that you may not see any tracking updates until 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation email.

Authority to Leave

Please ensure someone will be present to sign for your delivery within business hours as parcels will not be left unattended without a signature. If there is no-one present to sign for the delivery on arrival, a card will be left by the courier with instructions to follow for collection and/or re-delivery.

Returned to Sender

Please note, that if collection or re-delivery of the parcel is not organised within 5 days of the attempted delivery, then it will be returned to us.

Should you find that your parcel has been Returned to Sender please contact us at and provide your order number, tracking number and indicate if you prefer to have this redelivered to the same address or an alternative address.
