How to measure your shoe size
Etymology shoes are crafted with longevity in mind. To receive the most comfort, enjoyment, and best fit from your shoes it is important to measure your feet to find your right size and last. Here is how to measure your feet.
1. Place a sheet of paper on the floor, stepping your foot on it. Make sure you are wearing any socks you intend to wear with your shoes. Use a pencil to trace the contour of your foot.
2. On the traced outline, draw 2 horizontal lines, one running perpendicular to your heel and another running perpendicular to the front of your foot. Measure the length of the outline, noting the distance between the two horizontal lines with a measuring tape or ruler.
3. To measure the width of your foot you will need a measuring tape. Locate the widest part of your foot and wrap the tape around it, noting the measurement.
