Purchasing footwear online can be daunting.
For customers in Sydney, New South Wales, we offer personal, obligation-free consultations by appointment and can organise one with a member of our team. We would love to host you or, depending on your location, arrange for a private in-home or in-office consultation.
We are available for consultations by appointment every second Saturday in the Sydney CBD from 10 am to 2 pm, subject to confirmation. For interstate customers we also offer virtual consultations by appointment.

How long is a consultation?
A consultation will take about 30 minutes.
What happens during a consultation?
One of our team will measure your feet and discuss how you intend to wear and style your shoes to determine which pair will best fit you and your lifestyle.
Can I book a consultation for a wedding party?
Yes. We craft footwear to make the most important day of your life unforgettable. Understated and refined, our shoes are appropriate for any number of weddings, from overseas sojourns to discreet ceremonies at home.
Do you hold trunks show or interstate consultations?
Don't worry if you're not based in Sydney, we offer virtual fittings to help you find the perfect fit, and our Fit Guarantee means that we offer complimentary exchanges for size-related issues.
